Mascot Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Fee:
   The rental fee for the mascot is $100.

2. Security Hold:
   A $300 hold will be placed on your card at the time of rental.
   Once the mascot is returned in good condition, $200 of the hold will be refunded.
   If the costume is damaged, incomplete, or excessively dirty, repair or cleaning fees may be deducted from the security hold.

3. Shipping:
   The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the delivery and the return of the mascot.

4. Return Policy:
   The mascot must be returned within 30 days of the rental date.
   Late returns may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the security hold.

5. Condition of Return:
   The mascot must be returned in the same condition it was received — clean, dry, and undamaged. Please pack it carefully to prevent any damage during shipping.

6. Non-Return or Damage:
   Failure to return the mascot within 30 days, or returning it damaged beyond repair, will result in the full security hold being forfeited.
